Clannad-
is a really nice anime
it has the potential to become one of my top 10 fav anime list..
this story is about a boy who is being abused by his father and he thinks this world is meaningless to him until he met a very sick yet cheerful girl in school...
hanging out with her makes him realized that he should be thankful and cherish everything he had
follow the funny adventure and melancholies that they had been through in school and in their social lives.. from his encounter with the girl he learns how to makes true friend and how to be a great friend to the girl.

When I was a teenager (aarrgghh, how old does that make me sound?), I had Clannad as a record, on vinyl, not a CD: a traditional Irish folk band, singing in Gaelic as well as English... a long time before anime as well! lol
